Scrapbook Cruise Schedule

Payments:
Deposits are required to hold a cabin. As there are a limited number of cabins per category and price, we cannot guarantee a category and price until your deposit is received.

• $150 pp deposit on 2 - 3 Day Cruises
• $250 pp deposit on 4 - 5 Day Cruises
• $300 pp deposit on 6 - 7 Day Cruises

Final payments must be received by 4pm on day of final payment or a late fee of $35pp will apply. Payments received after the final payment date will result in cancellation of your cruise. Cancellation penalities will apply. Rebooking your cruise after final payment may result in a higher cruise cost notwithstanding cancellation and late fees.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR ALL CRUISES

Travel Insurance:
Days Off Travel strongly advises all clients to purchase optional travel insurance. Travel Insurance can help you recover money lost due to cancellation of your cruise, provided that you cancel because of covered reasons.

Days Off Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify any or all of cruises listed wherein. In the event of cancellation by Days Off Travel, penalities will not be assessed.

Scrapbook Cruise Fares:
Your scrapbook cruise fare includes port charges, government fees and taxes, scheduled scrapbook workshops/classes and events and all normal shipboard services and facilities to include ship accommodation, ocean transportation, most meals, some beverages and most entertainment and activitites aboard the ship.

The scrapbook cruise fare does not include airfare, transfers, shore excurions, sightseeing, meals ashore, gratuities, alcohol, soft drinks, mineral and bottled water, laundry or valet service, medical services, photographs, or any items of service of a personal nature such as massage, spa services and hairstyling.

Scrapbook cruise fares are quoted in US dollars and are per person, based on double occupancy and are subject to availability. Government fees, taxes and surcharges are subject to change without notice at anytime whether or not you have a confirmed booking under deposit, or if you have made final payment.

Guests under the age of 21 years must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent or guardian 25 years or older in the same stateroom. Minor children traveling with one parent must have a notarized letter from the other parent allowing the child to travel.

Scrapbook Cruises:

Because of the exclusive nature of our scrapbook cruises, to participate in any of our SCRAPBOOKING AND/OR STAMPING CRUISES you need to book your CROPPIN' CRUISE with us, Days Off Travel. All scrapbook workshops/classes and CROPPING N CRUISING EVENTS are exclusively developed and organized by Days Off Travel. Scrapbook workshops/classes and other events are not organized by any other agencies or the cruise lines. Scrapbook Workshops/Classes will not be sold separately and can only be attended when your cruise has been booked through Days Off Travel. Video taping and cassette recording of scrapbook workshops/classes are expressly prohibited.

In the event of strike, lockouts, riots, weather conditions, mechanical difficulties or for any other reason whatsoever, the cruise line may, at any time and without prior notice cancel, advance, postpone or deviate from any scheduled sailing or port of call and may, but is not obliged to, substitute another vessel or port of call, and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to guests by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponement, deviation or substitution. The cruise line shall not be responsible for any failure to adhere to the arrival and departure times published wherein for any of its ports of call.

While every effort will be made to adhere to the specifics as shown herein for a cruise, circumstances may necessitate change or deviations therefrom. All schedules, itinerary destinations, hours of arrival and departure and other aspects of cruise programs are subject to change without prior notice. Neither the cruise line nor any affiliated party shall be required to refund any portion of fare or other charges or make any compenstation under these circumstances.

Days Off Travel works only as an agent of the cruise line and as such can not be held liable for any changes made by the cruise line. Days Off Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify any or all of cruises listed wherein.
